Doctor Nurse abuse – Hilarious!?

A nurse I know who works in OBGYN doctor was helping with a delivery. Entered into such an argument after that doctor cut the umbilical cord and blasting of the nurse in the face with blood. I wish I had been there with a camera. Now he wants to sue him, do you think she has a case?

I do not know if there was a civil case. I mean, after all, was she hurt? I'm sure she could file charges for assault, however.
