In an attempt to extract the best possible image quality and detail of her photographs, many photographers, Nikon has chosen to shoot in RAW format. Putting digital cameras SLR in RAW, NEF (Nikon Electronic Format) is produced, instead of the default JPEG (JPG).

However, there is an easy to master, and the next question is, of course, what books are recommended for the student NX?

The first point in search of instruction is the tutorial that comes with NX in yes. It is true, is pretty basic, and you probably want something more substantial than to extend your creativity with the program.

Another book worth considering is that of Ben Long 'Real World Nikon Capture NX. At the time of writing, has not been released yet at Amazon.com. Keep looking reader feedback on it once it starts shipping. The list price is $ 34.99, but Amazon.com lists as $ 24.14 and is available for pre-order.
