Battery Grip and Sigma 18-200 lens?

I have a Canon 400D (with kit lens 18-55) with an extra 55-200 lens and I'm thinking of buying an accessory for Therefore, it is very annoying i have to find a place to put my stuff somewhere, so you can change the lens, which is rarely practical and often end up losing shooting at long process, but on the other hand I only have the battery that comes with the camera, and find myself having to miss a day because I have no battery. and I like the lok and feel of a battery grip, makes me feel more professional as a body 400d is too small to a digital SLR, what you think I should get?

I personally do not like the battery grip .. but my camera is a bit thicker the 400D. What about just buying an extra rechargeable battery? I have 6 of them. I am never without one fully charged! I have a Canon 28-200 I think is the long, anyway. I only use it on holiday, as it covers almost everything I need (I wish it were larger) for my memories. If I am in a severe outbreak, no I will use it, I will fall to the cousins and the higher quality lenses in my arsenal. I'll take quality over convenience any day. I have owned 2 sigma lenses in my life, did not like any of them. But I know a lot of people are very happy with theirs so it could be just me. Personally I would buy another battery, but if the domain you feel better, then go for that, is after all, the camera and money.
