DSLR help? Olympus E-510? Aperture?
I have an Olympus E-510 and gunna do a photo shoot for my friend .. what is a good opening to adjust the camera when taking pictures of her? How well I can change the aperture on this camera / HOW TO CHANGE THE APPERATURE OIN this camera?
To change the aperture, turn the camera either at aperture priority mode or full manual mode. In the first, then just have to turn the dial commands at the top right again. In the latter, press the exposure compensation (+/-) and then turn the dial. Now if you want a depth field (for example, the background behind the subject blur *), select a speed / aperture, the lowest number. For more things to be strong, then choose a slower aperture. Remember that a higher number means less light entering the camera. That is something that, obviously, you should consider when shooting in dimmer lit situations. You can increase the ISO, but that means more noise (and dSLR 4:3 are not those of better performance at high ISO).
