Tamron lenses are good?

I'm getting two of them with a Nikon D80 package I ordered off eBay. I know, I know, deals are usually Cheap, but I'm only an amateur, so do not need anything too surprising. I wonder what the quality is the Tamron is. I am a beginner, so for Please bear with me. The lenses I'm getting are: Tamron AF 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 Tamron Zoom 75-300mm f/4-5.6 LD Macro AF Thanks for any help. What I can expect This quality lens? Can you tell me what I recommend in its place, and how much money would go? Thank you.

the two lenses are rubbish – Tamron make a good alternative to name a few lens of the brand and these two are not. that are poorly constructed – super slow and not sharp at all. If you do not care about any of the things just mention that you'll be fine, but when you start comparing pictures and wondering why yours is not the image out of other people – go ahead and blame the lens. If you are planning on doing much that night photography suggest you buy a tripod at once, because with these two lens that will take forever and a day capture a clear picture good unless you crank the ISO to the maximum which in turn will give you grainy. Anyway, for beginners I guess it's ok but if you think on staying around the block to quickly find that these lenses are nothing to brag or have space in your bag. Sorry for being ruthless but wanted to know the true! PS Do not get me wrong you will get some good shots with em but for someone who knows the sharpness of the camera, so these two lenses IQ significantly lower than normal for you as a hobby to take pictures of the family will probably be fine with it ..
