Where I can find a decent telephoto lens to fit a Pentax K100D?

I am a student so i can spend heaps on my camera lens. I'm going to Fiji on Thursday and want a good lens to take pictures of my vacation. I live in Adelaide, Australia, but we left Sydney so you can go too. Please help
